Nothing to refund, because nothing is paid.
No deposit, no retainer, nothing signed before you see the work. The $450 is due the day your site goes live on your own domain — the $75 a month starts from there, and you can cancel any month. No invoice for the draft, and no phone call to sit through when you want to stop.
If the first version misses, you get a round of changes on me. After that we either launch it or we shake hands and stop — and if we stop, no invoice goes out and the draft comes down the same day.
